Information found here or through a linked service must not be used to threaten, intimidate, stalk, harass, or discriminate. Nevada registry law, including NRS 179B.270 to 179B.290, restricts misuse of Nevada Sex Offender Registry information. Registry access exists for public safety, not vigilantism or retaliation.

Clark County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare consumer reports or official background checks. Neither the site nor its linked tools may be used for a purpose regulated by the FCRA, including:

- Insurance eligibility
